 The Wellington has an irresistible selection of steak entrees. All their steaks are Certified Angus Beef, which is the highest quality of beef than other breeds of cattle. The standard to be eligible to be labeled "Certified Angus Beef", you must meet a higher criteria graded by USDA graders from the American Angus Association since 1978 and were also refined in 2007 to further enhance product consistency.

All their steaks are skillfully prepared by their executive chef and are served with many of his innovative sauces and recipes. The sauces are all made from scratch using only the finest and freshest ingredients in their own kitchen.
